The Ops Mall Aydın Project was carried out by Klaros Aydın AVM Yatırım ve Ticaret A.Ş., a subsidiary of Kuşadası Avm Yatırım A.Ş., which specializes in commercial real estate investment and development.

Ops Mall AVM opened its doors to visitors on November 17, 2024, as the new address for modern shopping. Located next to the Aydın New Bus Terminal, Ops Mall AVM is an enclosed shopping center designed to add value to the city’s social and cultural life.

Bringing together distinguished brands in fashion, home textiles, cosmetics, food and beverage, and children’s entertainment with its wide range of stores, Ops Mall AVM offers a unique shopping experience to visitors of all ages with its comfortable architecture and spacious interior design. With its social and cultural events, it will be not only a shopping center but also a shopping and lifestyle center.

The mall, which spans 82 acres and features 46,000 m² of net leasable retail space across four floors, began construction in 2019 and was completed in November 2024.
